Full Stack Developer (Frontend Specialisation)

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with a strong specialization in front-end technologies, particularly React and Tailwind CSS. In this role, you will build, optimize, and maintain cloud-based platforms and applications that support climate risk solutions. While you will work across both front-end and back-end development, the emphasis will be on crafting intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, researchers, and product teams to deliver innovative, data-driven insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React and Tailwind CSS.
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications, including back-end integration and data handling.
  • Implement and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate data from multiple sources, including climate data and real-time analytics.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval for large-scale datasets.
  • Develop secure, scalable server-side logic, working with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Ensure code quality through automated tests and code reviews.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in full stack development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Preferably from top-tier engineering institutions like IITs and NITs.
  • 2+ years in full stack development with a focus on front-end frameworks.
  • Proficiency in React and Tailwind CSS.
