Market Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Market Strategy Lead to drive customer acquisition and business development, with a focus on expanding InRisk’s presence in climate risk solutions. This role involves developing strategies to acquire new clients, strengthen relationships, and enhance brand visibility across target markets. Ideal candidates will have experience in the insurance or BFSI sector, strong relationship-building skills, and expertise in market positioning and go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer acquisition efforts, building a pipeline of prospects and converting leads into partnerships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market reach.
  • Craft and implement go-to-market plans for product launches and updates.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, effectively communicating InRisk’s value.
  • Develop positioning and messaging strategies that resonate with target audiences.
  • Support sales teams with tools, presentations, and materials for successful client engagement.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Collaborate on content creation for marketing materials such as brochures and case studies.
  • Represent InRisk at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build visibility and secure leads.
  • Gather and utilize customer feedback to refine messaging and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, preferably from top-tier institutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, customer acquisition, or market strategy, with a background in insurance or BFSI.
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and relationship management within the insurance or BFSI sectors.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical skills for measuring and optimizing acquisition strategies.
  • Knowledge of climate data, disaster risk models, or renewable energy products is a plus.
