Key Responsibilities

  • Define pricing strategies with actuarial models to ensure competitiveness and sustainability.
  • Oversee claims processes, ensuring timely and seamless payouts for parametric products.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure efficient product delivery and improve workflows.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and customer needs.
  • Lead end-to-end product development with engineers, data scientists, and actuaries.
  • Manage stakeholder requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Analyze product performance, leveraging insights for continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Design products that effectively mitigate climate risks with comprehensive coverage solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and performance across internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related fields, preferably from top-tier institutions.
  • 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in insurance or climate tech sectors.
  • Expertise in product development, pricing strategies, claims monitoring, and operations.
  • Proficient in coding in any programming language.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with parametric insurance or climate-related risk products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with climate data, disaster risk models, or renewable energy products.
